- Enquiries about purchasing a firearm or ammunition may only be made by persons lawfully entitled to hold them under the federal and provincial arms laws of Pakistan.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for keeping any correspondence with us confidential where it concerns a firearm.
3. Products and pricing
The Maverick-22 Assault Rifle, the Long Bow DMR and the Suddad Sniper Rifle are shown at Rs 15,00,000 each unless stated otherwise. Prices are in Pakistani Rupees, may change without notice and do not include delivery, licensing fees or taxes unless stated.
No sale is completed on this site. An enquiry, reservation or “add to cart” action is an invitation for us to contact you; a contract arises only when we confirm in writing after licence verification, and only for delivery within Pakistan to a licensed recipient. We may decline any order at our discretion, including where we cannot verify eligibility.
4. Services
Consultancy to organisations, weapon appraisal and hunting tours are provided under a written engagement or booking confirmation that sets out scope, dates, fees and any deposit. Unless that confirmation says otherwise:
- fees are payable in advance or as invoiced, and deposits are non-refundable once permits, guides or travel have been arranged;
- dates may be moved by us where weather, permits, security conditions or safety require it, and we will offer alternative dates;
- participants must follow the instructions of the General and his staff at all times, hold any licence or permit the activity requires, and disclose relevant medical conditions;
- appraisals are professional opinions of condition and value at the date of inspection and are not guarantees of future value or of fitness for a purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The Field Journal essays, photographs, product names, the Maverick emblem and all other content on the site belong to us or our licensors. You may read and share links to the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, republishing or adapting it without written permission is not allowed.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, use it to send unlawful or misleading material, or use any information on it to facilitate an unlawful acquisition or use of a firearm.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided “as is”. Information about ballistics, shooting, hunting and equipment is general in nature and is not a substitute for training, professional advice or the manufacturer’s instructions. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms or of any law relating to the acquisition, possession or use of a firearm.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts of [Rawalpindi / Islamabad] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rule of law that provides otherwise.
